Wiki for documentation purposes?

Does any of you know of a suitable Wiki for documentation purpose?

I'm working as a sysadmin and would like to move documentation and how-to's over to a central webserver in order to enhance flexibility and maintaince.

I've already tried MediaWiki, which IMO is a little too general...

DokuWiki is made for documentation.

If you're a sysadmin and hate php as much as most, check out moinmoin.

The debian / ubuntu packages are particularly well done. Check out the twisted based setup.

I actually tried DocuWiki just after I made this post, and I liked it! I'll try out some more before I make my mind about it, though.

Actually, I'm quite fond of PHP but I'll definitivly check it out!
