CMS for a friends site

Is there CMS that has a feature friends feature, so users can become friends with other users, see their profiles, browse other users profiles, add them as friends, etc?

Something similar to hi5.com (although not theirs as theirs is probably proprietary). Maybe something similar to yorkulife.com , meetmeinto.com , orkut.com

Users should be able to post pictures, and see each others pictures,etc

Is there anything that would have any of these features? Preferably PHP and MySQL, or some open-source application.
