    Using history.back and refreshing

    Hey,

I have an input button that i have assign onclick="history.back()" to.

Is there a way to use this but force the previous page to be refreshed?

    Thanks
    Ras

You will have to use a different approach to achieve this. Why not just link to that page?

I also have a need for this. I have a security img on a form. If the user types the code in wrong and submits, they get a PHP validation error. On that error I have provided a "A HREF=\"javascript:javascript:history.go" link to go back.
Once they click it and go back to the page, the img is not refreshed, but the generated PHP code is. A simple F5 refreshes the page with out removing the user input, but I haven't found a way to automate this.

    Any ideas???
