    Laungage class / XML?

    Could someone hook me up with their experience in multi language sites development?

    XML might not be so performance wise since it's ~10 langs and to parse the xml for every request on every page feels wrong.

    Anyway having a class to handle this sounds nice, maybe somthing like.
    $lang = new lang('danish');
    print $lang->trans('gadgets');

    BUT i get the feeling it will be very a pain to manage and update this, depending on how the the information is retrived and saved.

    How does your multi-language implementations look like? Thanks in advance!

    No multi-language projects in my portfolio, but why not use a database for this instead of XML? After all it's all data, make use of the database.
