Hi All,
Not sure if anyone can help, but I am looking to find out where I can find a "general" terms and conditions for the use of a website, there is no realy functionality on the website apart from the fact that they can submit their details in the contact form, however I would like to put together some terms of the site, I dont know if a) its essential b) there is a place where I can find such a terms and conditions?
