W3C validation service for Javascript

Hi - could you tell me is there some sort of W3C validation service for Javascript? like HTML and CSS?

No. The W3C isn't responsible for JavaScript. JavaScript is very different from HTML and CSS. You don't need a validator for it, just test in as many browsers as you can and don't forget that some people use a browser that doesn't have it enabled.
