Business Christmas Card Questions

When do you send yours out? I'm thinking first week of December.
How much business info do you put on the inside? url?
Is it OK to include a business card?

I would say early December, just to make sure it gets there on time. One thing though, unless you know them very well, I would go with "Happy Holidays" rather than a Merry Christmas card. They may not be Christian and may not be celebrating Christmas
