    Terms of Agreement?

    Hi,

I'm about to start a website which provides a service for a customer, and I want to have a terms of agreement that they will have to agree to so that basically they can't sue me in any instance.

Does anyone know where I can get a terms of agreement document that I am allowed to use so that I don't have to hire a lawyer?

    Thanks!
    Jim

P.S. I didn't know which forum to put this in, so mods, feel free to move it!

One reason for a contract is regarding being sued. Another thing is about making sure the client does what they say, that they pay you on time, provide you with information on time and protecting your business in other ways, too.
