html css in the email

My question is:

I am looking for the solution or some examples which can help me inserting the html pages into the outlook express or entourage to email to people. But not sure how can I do it? Do you have a example or the articale to describe how to do the html page thru email system.

Something along the lines of this:

"Create a new HTML-format Outlook message. Choose Insert | File and select the saved HTML file. At the bottom right corner of the Insert File dialog, click the small arrow next to the Insert button, and choose Insert as Text."

If you are doing this for a client, I would recommend using a professional service such as Campaign Monitor to send the campaign, NOT doing it from Outlook. It is very affordable and far more professional.
