Favourite OpenSource PHP CMS For Building Basic Website?
Hi,
I am trying to build a website for an organisation that really needs a CMS solution. They would much rather go with an OpenSource option over having one developed from the ground up. The things that are important are calandar and content, essentially. They need sections/categories of the website, each containing a series of content pages. From an administrative standpoint, a system would be needed to to control what users can edit/add/delete in what categories and what users can touch the calandar.
Does anyone know of any good CMSs that satisfy that critieria?
Drupal would do all that and most importantly give you a pretty granular level of control over user access levels (which Joomla doesn't do as far as I know).
It's a little more complicated to get set up than others, but the more powerful ones often are.
