    ASP.NET Video Control

    Hey guys

I want to create a little site similar to youtube etc. with ASP.NET. What I want to know is...

What is the best control to use for something like this?

    A 3rd party web control?

How well does the built in media player work?

What do you guys suggest for something like this?

Thanks a lot for any help

nightstalkers similar post was moved out of here, but it doesnt seem to be getting any answers there...

Get yourself a copy of Flash and get building your own video player. It is disturbingly easy. We just use the default Flash 7 player with some config tweaks ourselves.

    ActionSpeak

jusjusjusjus, you might want to try out this software: www.aspnetflash.com. They have an ActionScript API called "ActionSpeak" which simplifies synchronous communication between flash actionscript and asp.net web forms, javascript, etc. Here's the link about actionspeak: http://www.aspnetflash.com/ASPNetFla...n/#actionspeak

i've tried this and i'm considering using this on my next flash-related project...
