    Hello

    If you are trying to set the current pages link to display differently than the others than you need to assign a
    Code:
    <a href="#" title="#" class="active">text</a>
    to the link for the page and then create a style like
    Code:
    #nav a.active {border-bottom: 2px dotted #503E1B;}
    The way you have it now
    Code:
    #nav a:active {border-bottom: 2px dotted #503E1B;}
    is for while the link is actually pressed.

    Hope it helps.

    The a:active is essentially what happens at the moment when the link is 'clicked'.
