                                  <tr>
                                    <td><a href="url" target="_blank"><img src="elen.jpg" alt="" width="133" height="200" border="0" /></a></td>

                                    <td><a href="url" target="_blank"><img src="bian.jpg" alt="" width="133" height="200" border="0" /></a></td>

                                    <td><a href="url" target="_blank"><img src="laren.jpg" alt="" width="133" height="200" border="0" /></a></td>
                                  </tr>

    You haven't given us enough information. Do you mean that the validator says the align attribute isn't allowed?

    You shouldn't even be using a table. The semantically correct markup to use is a list.

    These three articles explain how to style lists.

    And this one explains a fix for a common IE bug:

    Sorry, I dont really folow, html not my forte.

    What I have done for the site is have 3 images next to each other with text underneath them, the code in my first post was what someone gave to me to do that.

    And yep, the validator said the align center was the problem.
