Anyone know where the outlook express data files are on Windows XP? i can't find them for the life of me.

Here's how you can find out the location of the data folders:

In OE click Tools and Options. Move over to the Maintenance tab and click on the Store Folder button.

TIP: You can also change the location of the folder for easy backup.

i don't seem to have a maintenance section?

However i did find the files here:

C:\Documents and Settings\(usernae)\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\(identity number)\Microsoft\Outlook Express

You should have a maintenance tab ??? Anyway you have found the right location for it. If you want a decent tool for backing up outlook express and other bits and pieces such as internet explorer, take a look at
