    I.E. again : layout issues

    As usual, this works and looks fine in FF. test page

    I thought my middle column was too wide but that doesn't appear to be the problem.

    This is a problem of IE not fitting block elements with exact pixel width beside each other, I'd say you'd be better off giving #container-middle a float left, and actually position in right below #container-left.

    Hmm, for this block of css:
    #content-middle {
    padding:.2em 1em;
    width:435px;
    }
    Try avoiding the paddings in ems for exact layouts like this, I recommend putting in actual pixels, right now you have 756px - 150 - 150 = 456px, which should be how much you can have for the mid column, I'd recommend sticking that width:456px into #container-middle. Also, for the div that comes directly below the floated columns, add style clear:both to make them stay off of the floats. See how that works out.

    I'll take a look at this when I get home.

    Anyone else is of course always more than welcome to take a stab at it.

    (looks like I'll be in for a busy night tonight)
