Are you sure you linked to the right page? I moused-over all over the page using both Firefox and IE and didn't see any ballons.

I don't know what you're talking about on that page, but if you add a "title" attribute to your link, then a small box will appear when you hover over it... Like so...

    HTML Code:
     <a href="http://www.romakaweb.com/" target="_blank" title="Romaka Web Design">Romaka Web Design</a>

i dont know why above given link is not working
    try this
go to google type "css link " say search
then select 3rd link (CSS and Links | multiple link schemes, hover effects || HTMLSource ]) from search result
    and try on this page....

    no balloons

That is the page you linked to. The link you posted works fine, it's the page that doesn't "work" for me. I even turned off my GM nopopuplinks userscript and reloaded the page. Still nothing. I figured it would work in IE, but stll no. Then again the Kontera page doesn't either. And I don't have any "adblockers" in any browser (pop-up blocking in Firefox and Opera yes, but no ad blockers). What browser are you using?

If you mean the adverts, sign up for them with the supplier.

Or do you just want some nice pop-up code, that can take html, images etc? If so, try this one.

right click on the page and grab the link to their javascript file. It is inside their js library.
    Good luck with it though!
