Tab order problem

Anyone know why the tab order skips the ‘Date of Birth’ fields in this small form?

Because they are first in the tab order, using the (arguably harmful) tabindex="" attribute.

Lol, and I was forbidden to use the tabindex as a fix because of the (arguably harmful) effects it would have on the app.
