    Util for 'tar'ing your scripts?

    Heya all,
Ive ran into a provlem trying to extract scripts using SSH and tar -xvf
It extracts everything BUT it extracts it without putting it in the proper directory structre. All the files will just be in the root and called "folder/folder/filename.php" - instead of actualy being PUT in the folders lol.
I figure it must be the tool Im suing to tar stuff - winrar is what I use. What tools do you guys use? (Im in win98SE btw).

Unless you guys can think of anything else to make tar extract to actual directories?

    Thanks,

Am busy talking to myself here

The DOS util doesnt handle long file names ..doh!

So if anybody has any recomendations for a tar utility under windows98 I'd appreciate it.
