if country A clicks more on widgetads and country B clicks more on adsense, are we allowed to use phpadsnew to show widgetads for A and adsense for B?
Some ad networks require that their ads be displayed primarily for US traffic, so as long as that is not an issue with the networks you work with I don't think there would be any problem with you geotargeting the ads that way.
