    Any Javascript book recommendations?

    I'm not really a Javascript novice but having been self taught I want to make sure all my foundations in the language are solid, and up to date.

    One of the books I was looking at getting initially was O'Reilly's Javascript: The Definitive Guide. Although it seemed to have a few chapters on objects and prototyping that could be useful, I did see quite a bit of use of document.write(), innerHTML etc., which put me off a bit.

    I want a book that's up to date, using standards-based script, DOM scripting and OOP. Anyone have any recommendations? (The book I'm thinking about getting now is Beginning Javascript with DOM scripting and Ajax,
