Advanced Book for XHTML and CSS

XHTML is a combination of HTML and XML, so I would like to learn XHTML in an advanced manner. I have some superbly written beginner books for XHTML which I have read, so I am quite familiar with it. However, now I am looking for an advanced book on XHTML and CSS as well. I also know what Cascading Style Sheets are all about and also know its basics.

I am basically looking for 1 book which would cover all aspects of XHTML and CSS, I wouldn't mind separate books for both these topics either. Can you please tell me?

For CSS, I know I can get the below given book:

I am considering purchasing it, but any alternatives?

    And please, no ebooks!

    Thanks for any recommendations!

For the more advanced CSS, i would recommend CSS Mastery. I have started reading that book last week, and so far i really like it.

Thanks! Any idea if there would be an Indian publication for this issue? We Indians find it easier to order from our local book shop and also find it affordable.

A good place to start would be to read the stickies at the top of the HTML forum by Autistic Cuckoo.
