Problem with list/link/image/positioning

Hi there sorry for the weird title.

the problem is that i cant get the links "down" to the middle of the buttons

i dont get the mistake

Have you tried adding a top-padding value to the <li> elements, sebsn?

yes i did.. nothing changed..
i also tried it with vertical-align etc
