Another Firefox and IE Compatability Issue

No idea why this isn't displaying the same. I've tried altering it for about an hour and no solution. The page isn't very complicated cuz I just started designing it. Extra gap at the top and on the left. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't view the page, keep getting an error. If its CSS based, you might be getting hit by not zeroing out margins or padding on various elements.
