    How do I get a background image NOT to tile on a page using Frontpage or Dreamweaver (or HTML tag)?
    Is this even possible?

    Needing to look centered and aligned when viewing in 1024 X 768 rather then 800 X 600.

    Thanks

    It can't be centered and aligned at the same time.

    Anyway using CSS you can modify the background's attributes.

    The code is similar to:
    <BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">code/font><HR><pre>
    &lt;style&gt;
    body {
    background-image: url("images/bgglobe.gif");
    background-position: bottom right;
    background-attachment: fixed;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;}
    &lt;/style&gt;
    [/code]

    You can use center, center or 50% 50% for position as well.
