How much do I charge for this

I really couldn't see where to post this, so if this is the wrong place, I apologize.

I have a prospective client who wants me to build a site for them. Basically they want something similar to <snip>.

I will be starting off with a Fantastico installed Drupal application. Putting this together for them isn't an issue, how much to charge them is.

If anyone has an idea what a fair price would be, please post it here.
