Ipb
I've been messing around with PHPBB/SMF on my sites and one is doing great while the other is failing horribly. I moved one up to IPB (vbulletin next) and I noticed a trmemndous boost because of software, so I'd figure I'd do it again to my forums that isnt doing so well.
So if anyone has an IPB license for sale PM me.

Which sort of license you after menace? If you can, grab a lifetime one
Currently am using all three of my license, but sure someone will have one. Try invisionize.com, not sure about their policies re asking for a license. Failing that, skinbydragonfly.com are happy for people to ask for licenses.

You could also post an advertisement thread in SitePoint's Want to buy section of the marketplace. It'll only cost you $5 but could end up saving you a lot more than that if you get a good deal from someone.

FWIW, IPB prices are going to go up drasticly with the next release. If you're going to get a liscense from IPS, best do it ASAP.

Get vBulletin, IPB is more and will be a lot more after the next release, I'd just go vB, much easier to get a vB liscense aswell whether it's from vbulletin.com or a seller.

If you are still looking for one i will be selling mine for £50.00 once ive received confirmation that its ok to sell it. Its a yearly license purchased on 12 November so still has 11 months left.
Edit: Have confirmed its ok to sell. If you are a current IPB customer then the transfer is free or $15 to transfer if not - Transfer charge included in the price above
