ISO 3166-1 Country Html List

Here is my code contribution:
I needed a html select box that included all the countries listed to the ISO 3166-1 in 3 characters for a simple shopping cart. I searched all over and could not find it layed out like needed so I manually did it. Enjoy the fruit of my labors .
