Its easy to encypt any code. But easiest of all is to not put it on a webserver with Internet access.

Any encrypted Javascript has to be able to be decrypted by the web browser in order to be able to run it. The decrypted version will therefore be available to be viewed by anyone who views the page and knows how to tell their browser to display the source of what it is displaying rather than the source of the original page.
