    Hi people,

I'm working on the layout (probably one of many) for www.webmasterswork.com and I have the top of the page setup with no topmargin or leftmargin. But for some reason when I add a form for a search box it causes the top margin to move down slightly.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens? I thought forms shouldn't interfere with the layout of the page?

    Regards,

Form elements are "Windowed" controls and they follow their own rules. You can't use a lot of formatting options on them yet. Your best bet would be to move the form lower in the page where the margins won't be as effected.

    Keith,

I've also found that just placing the closing FORM tag lower in the document will help as well. It appears that this tag adds additional spacing.
