Virtual Control Panel

Does anyone know where I can find a Virtual Control Panel at for webhosting? I have seen alot of them around but I could not trace them down to their creater.

Mostly they are custom made, but you can get a Linux dedicater server web-control-pannel called webmin that does quite a bit more than most virtual control pannels.

Mainly I am looking for a control panel for a NT Server. I have searched countless hours for one but I have had no luck with it.
