Looks very slick indeed. Personally i would like to see some more of the blue incorporated into the actual forum structure but thats just my personal opinion1

Colors work fine on my monitor. It's a PC but a fairly bright monitor. It's worth mentioning that I'm older and have a harder time with dark color schemes than some of the younger people. For some reason they do get harder to read and view with middle-aged eyes but have no problems with your forum.

Yup looks PHAT indeed!

Exactly in my color palette, would definitely enjoy a little more blue but I think it's a pretty good color combination.

My video card is a Radeon All-In-Wonder 32M Ram viewed on a 21" nokia screen.

It looks good, but it does come across as a bit too dark to me. I also agree with glenplake about more blue. Maybe try lighter shades of blue-grey in the sections with #666666 and #CCCCCC. Also maybe consider lighter text against the darker background and vice versa. Love the colors you used though.
