How to find my computers name

I am trying to configure a Cable/DSL router in my home and I need to know my full computer name. I had figured it out before, but now that I am using XP and settings were changed when @Home came back on-line, I can't figure it out.

I could have sworn there a HTTP variable for this in Cold Fusion or ASP, but I had no luck.

To get info about your computer (including the name) in XP click start > Help and Support under pick a task select use tools to view your computer info and then click on my computer info

If you just want the computer name, or want to change it, right click on My Computer and select properties and click on the computer name tab

DOH! I just noticed that you said XP! Sorry!

What OS are you using? XP?

In Win98SE (and I assume also ME), right-click on Network Neighborhood, select Properties and then select the Identification tab on the pop-up.
