It looks like the top table that I have on this site is shifting over to the right by one pixel. But I can't figure out why.

Firstly, you have a CSS file, so why is your HTML full of width, cellspacing, cellpadding and so on? That's what the CSS is for!
I haven't got time to investigate fully, but the problem appears to be with your flash header - hiding that stops the pixel-shift.

Probably just reducing the width by a couple of pixels should sort it (the flash movie that is)
