Why aren't my styles showing?

The site in question is at www.iprogrammer.com - I have an external stylesheet but for some odd reason they're not showing up on the page at all. I even tried embedding it - same problem. Any idea why that would happen?

Some of the color values in your CSS are missing a # for example:

color: 0a2c47;

I didn't think that # was necessary..Dreamweaver didn't include it when it created the stylesheets. Strange. Ah well. Adding it back in seems to fix things! Thank you all
