I have read that 640x480 is the screen resolution you should design web sites on. Is this still true, I always have my screen on 600x800 and it seems much easier to read and veiw many web sites, like the are design for the higher resolution. What the truth now
    Thank you for you info

    Deja vous?

Well, let me share my two cents. I have always believed in designing sites for 640 x 480, however, I am begining to waiver.

A friend of mine recently bought his first computer. The resolution was set to 800 x 600. It was the smallest available monitor the store sold.

You can probably get away designing for 800 x 600 and reaching over 90% of your audiance.

    IMHO,
    Westmich
