Any good open source PHP wiki software?

I'm looking for a WELL CODED php wiki package that is open source (so that I can tweak it to my needs).

I looked so far at media wiki and the code behind it is such a huge pile of crap it's unbelievable.

    Does anybody have any suggestions?

PS: Is Media Wiki REALLY what wikipedia runs? How does that site not go up in flames and the developers of that software commit seppuku in shame of their creation?
    Ohai!

The two that really stand out for me are wikka and dokuwiki. Wikka is simplicity in action

I've been using moinmoin, but it's python.

I haven't had a chance to play with this yet, but it looks interesting and may be a lot like what you're looking for.
