    floating menu

I know I've seen this affect before, but I forget where, using CSS-P

I want my page to have a logo, and then a menu below that. When you scroll down a little, the menu moves so that it stays right under the logo. However, if you scroll enough so the logo is off the page, the menu now stays at the very top and will not move unless you scroll up enough for it to realign under the logo. How is this affect done?

    Try this..

I believe what you are describing is a Javascript run drop down menu. Try the following link:

    thats not what i want

I don't think thats what I want. Let me try to explain again. Say I have an image, and this image should appear 10 px from the top of the website. I know how to place that. However, if I scroll down 20px, I dont want the image to be gone, but be displayed 0px from the top of what I am currently looking at. When I scroll back up I want the image to be 10px from the top (or 9px from the top if there is 1 px left to scroll up to... etc.)
