How to bring up a customised apologise page when a user clicked on a broken link or type an incorrect URL resulting an error while surfing in my website?

    Thanks for your help

If your server supports it, you can do this using a .htaccess file.

in a file named .htaccess and place in your root HTML directory, put the following line:

    ErrorDocument 404 http://www.server.com/path/to/custom_404_page.html

Naturally, you will edit the URL in the above example to reflect the URL of a 404 page you have created yourself.
