    Warnings after I moved the Form to my webPage

    I added phpForm Generator, to my web site.

    I created a Form and then copied the PHPForm generated code and added it to a web page of mine. Filled in the Form for a test, and Submitted.
    I received these Warnings:

    (Can anyone help me remedy these warnings? So that I can use the form on my web page? Thank you.)

    well, the global.inc.php file doesnt exist.

    this will show you where php is looking for the file.
    PHP Code:
    echo getcwd(); 
    make the file exist there, or specify the correct path to the file.

    I'm sorry I have no idea what this part of your reply means, though I do appreciate your assistance. Could you clarify your meaning, please?


    I'd appreciate if you could expand a little on this statement too, please:
    "make the file exist there, or specify the correct path to the file."

    if you put the global.inc.php file in the same directory as that script, it will probably work.
