Let me write your name in Arabic

    Note:
Please don't send me any more translation requests via PMs. I will not respond to any of those. TriGeminal is now translating names in this thread instead of me.

I've met a few foriegn people who asked me to write their name in Arabic, so they see how it looks like. Some of them (like Egor) thinks Arabic "looks" cool and wanted to see how their names are written in it.

So i thought i'd start this thread, and translate names here on request. I'll write the name and put in a PNG file, since most of your computers are most likely using character encodings that don't support arabic letters.

For example, here's "Egor" in Arabic :

    Note:
    - Arabic has different fonts. I'm using the clearest and most readable font.
    - Your name in Arabic might not be pronounced as it is in English. I could *** pronounciation marks (something we use in arabic) to make it sound like the English pronounciation (or almost), but that would make it look complicated. If you still want it i could do it for you though.

    Here you go :

by the way, the 'g' in Igor and Egor are pronounced as the 'g' in 'Giant'. We don't have a letter that sounds like the 'g' in your name.

Conrad Abraham (it's pronounced almost just like the way it is in English) :

    Tommy Olsson (close enough) :

revs_org, i'm afraid that can't be translated . I could translate "revs" if you want (tell me how it's pronounced though).

We do have many accents in Egypt!
I can't understand the words of poeple in Upper Egypt .. Yet my roots from there

The person you did is Egor and I am Igor
There's a movie of Mel Brooks (Young Frankenstein) .. Igor was pronounced I-gor
That made me think it was different
