    New to AJAX

I want to use AJAX to save my form field pages on the fly w/o a page refresh. I need to update my database when user selects a radio button or types text in a text box. Any recommendations where to start and which AJAX plugin to use? I know of the AJAX plugin for JQuery as well as tinyAjax. Any help is appreciated.

Depends on how big a project you are working on. jQuery is about 20KB, so if you are only working on a small site it's quite a lot of wasted bytes when you could write the script yourself.

Here's Mozilla's AJAX Getting Started guide.

Take a look at Ajax Pro. This works with .Net.
What framework are you working with?
