rotating exit traffic

Does anyone rotate their exit traffic?

Example pop ups? I would like to have 2-3 different companies displaying
their pop up ads on my site, I am curious if anyone has does this?

A lot of webmasters do this, you can setup most pop up or pop under tags from banner networks as exit ads...
