I plan to install adtrackz software in a folder on my site and use it to split test web copy, ads etc.

This means the tracking URLS will be something like mydomain.com/adtrackz/go.php?c=campaign1

Will this affect my rankings as I will be using these tracking URLS for
several campaigns?
