Anybody tried primeq?

I'm quite new to affiliate marketing and have opened accounts with a number of networks. A friend of mine has been working with primeq.com for a year and recommended them. However, being a relative newbie, I don't know what their reputation is like. Has anybody tried them?

I am not sure what kind of rates they offer but I do know that they are good established company which pays on time!
