oracle to SQLServer query (returning columns that don't exist)
I'm converting a 782 line query from Oracle specific to SQLServer specific.
I've already figured out several syntactical differences and have worked these out. the only one that has me stumped right now is the following:
select name, age, 0 employer
the zero in front of the column "employer" I guess makes these values nulls, but on top of that it doesn't exist in the table.
HOW DO I DO THIS IN TRANSACT-SQL WHICH IS USED IN SQL SERVER?

you would rewrite that as:
0 as Employer,
