help formatting mysql response

Hi guys, I have a query that supplies me with hierarchical data that I need to format in to an unordered list.

The mySQL response looks something like the first attachment and how I want the unordered list to appear is the second attachment.

I can't work out how to create this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The screenshots are from r937's link he posted over in the mySQL forum when helping me with my query.

Look for a script called codethattree, about 1/2 way down.

You will need to alter it, but it should meet your needs.
