those should be keyword specific domains, but if reported might get removed from listings ?

I wouldn't bother with parked domain names. They usually drop out of the serps pretty fast and the reason you might see parked domains under popular keywords is if they are newly expired. If you do have extra domains put some original content up with a couple pages and maybe some ads if you want to make some money from them, but don't leave them as say a Godaddy parked page.

I'd say probably not on competitive keywords, but of course with SEO anything (almost) is possible if you throw enough backlinks into it.
