    Review my blog

    Hello,

Please review my Affiliate Manager Blog and tell me what you think. I've put a lot of work into it and it's coming along pretty nicely.

    Thanks,
    Luke

    *sigh*

Okay, I'm going to be brutal. Mainly because I don't feel like reviewing a thousand blog sites. Take this all with a pound of salt, since I'm just some blogger too, but feel free to also take it to heart.

I'll just go point by point, whatever strikes my fancy. So, in no particular order.

    - why no www. in the domain?
    - Drop the adsense. you won't earn from it. You'll do far better with actual affiliate programs. I mean, if an affiliate blog can't make money with affiliates (or can't make more money than adsense) then what hope do the rest of us have?
    - xy7.com should be a link to xy7.com wherever it appears as text
    - why is the content about xy7? Makes me not want to read it. If you actually had info that was useful to me as a publisher generally, sprinkled with a post a week (max) about xy7, I'd subscribe. As it is, I might as well just subscribe to your company's press releases (which I won't do).

    - between th use of all the fonts, colors, images, etc, I can't tell where one post ends and another starts.
    - drop all the bloody subscribe boxes at the bottom. It won't drive subscriptions, it's annoying, and it slows page loading.
    - I don't care about your traffic. When xy7 and w57 are your employers, the blog isnt' "sponsored by". It's "approved by". Disclosure's a good thing
    - Move the posted by and categoryto under the post title.
    - You don't have comment notification

    - a list of recent comments would drive traffic better than "most viewed"
    - add related posts in single post pages
    - any reason you actually have 2 sidebars? Once you drop the adsense there's hardly a reason to, allowing you to have a larger content area.

    That's it for now though

    - the name isnít memorable or easy to read/say, cuz it has two random letters and a number.
    - I clicked on the name in the top left corner, and it just took me to the homepage. I was already at the homepage.
    - Er, same with the w57 - subdomain url redirection service button. I donít even know what that means or is intended to do. Itís confusing and cluttery.
    - the green picture looks cool. Itís random. I like the green flowing thing and the green grid background. It is unique and memorable.
    - Why does the icon say, XY7.com when it should be XY7luke.com?
    - the about me section is too lengthy.
    - What is the purpose of getting your name.w57.net? I donít really understand either what subscribing will get me. Do you just mean updates on posts in your blog?
    - the sidebars look good, with the dash of blue

I liked it, quite visually pleasing, but in the main section it was difficult to tell what was a post, where one started and the next ended, so I'd put some solid line or something in there to make it clear.

Nicely designed. Great adsense integration although I wound't use adsense in a blog.

    I actually like it.
All I would do is move the entire right column under the navigation. Or and make the space between post larger.
    It's a definetly nice start.

Besides from the header logo, I like the overall design of the site. I agree with some of the posts above about how it's hard to tell where one post ends and another begins. I do like the nav style on the left though, good job.

    Commonly.

Relative to design style,I like freelancedaddy.com.

    But content is very abundant.
