2 columns problem with property height 100%

Hello people, its my firts post here, maybe my English so badly, but im here.!!

so, i hav a problem with two column (left= menu) and (right=other menu), my layout is with 3 columns, im trying to give at left and right columns a hight at 100%, but when they are 100% the center column (content) move to bottom of the layout....

im found tips and tricks about 100% height but dont work for my case.... my validation css is 100% good....

i dont know what happen..!!
