I have been in business for 3 years now, I have done some offshore outsourcing (which worked very well) and hired some local people... problem is I dont' have a good "system" for getting sites done. At this point I am ready to take on a salesperson whom I am quite sure would bring in at least 1 site a week... so I NEED a good system for getting things done. I am wondering what insight those of you that have either part/full time employees or use oustourcing have to take a site from start to finish without having to micromanage every step...

Any thoughts?
